Spam List Distributors

We are aware of several unscrupulous organisations who collect spam lists of email addresses and sell them. This is a list of email addresses and also WWW sites of spammer's list distributors known to us.

This list of email addresses is put here specifically for email address harvesters to harvest, so that these spam list collectors will have their own email addresses added to such spam lists!

Call it poetic justice if you will. If you are not an email address harvester and are reading this, then if you know of any other spammers whose address should be placed here, please contact us.

If you are one of those listed here and wish to be removed, please contact us. However, to get removed we shall require evidence that you have stopped distributing spam lists! In the meanwhile, we hope that you enjoy the spam you receive!

Legal Action

If you have purchased a list of email addresses from anyone, whether they are listed below or not, be it known that neither 4QD nor any of its employees have given permission in any form for any 4QD address to be included on any list. If therefore such list included anyone@4qd.org or anyone@4qdtec.com or anyone@4qd.co.uk (see note) then you have been conned and you may have legal redress against the person who sold you the list. If you should consider taking legal action, 4QD would be be delighted to support your action.

These email addresses and any email addresses including any 4QD domain are copyright. They are the property of 4QD and under no conditions may they be sold or added to any list of email addresses that is intended for sale or for distribution, whether a charge is made or not.

Legal action may be taken against anyone infringing this copyright. The addresses anyone@4qd.org or anyone@4qdtec.com or anyone@4qd.co.uk occur only on this URL and is you send any unsolicited email to these addresses we will charge you £50.00 per email. We solicit, to these addresses, only correspondence concerning the fight against spam!

Spam Harvester's list

• Cambridge County Council collect names, addresses, email addresses of local businesses and sell these lists.
• List Builder deserves special notice. It is run, apparently by Microsoft and, as several 4QD email addresses are spammed by its members, it is clear that Microsoft are profiting by and encouraging spam!
